We made it y’all – woowho – 31 days of focused attention on productivity.
Let’s recap and remember:
Day 1 – I shared the most important hack of all – Perfect is the enemy of done. Just start.
Day 1 – I Can’t Even
Days 4, 11, 12, 26, 27 – we looked at our WHY – why are trying to be productive. What are we even about?
Day 4 – Why
Day 11 – What’s Your End Game?
Day 12 – Manifesto
Day 26 – Ahead…not Better
Day 27 – Part 2 Ahead…Not Better
Days 2 and 17 we looked at the time sucks like social media, email, and other people’s priorities. You were challenged to save your precious morning time for the things that mattered to you.
Day 2 – Other People’s Propaganda
Day 17 – You’ve Got Mail
Days 3, 6, 7, 22 – We looked at Big Rocks, our Best Yes, and making choices – we want to be productive on the RIGHT things.
Day 3 – The Big Rocks
Day 6 – The Best Yes
Day 7 – Time Travel
Day 22 – Don’t be an Ass
So…what was your biggest takeaway?
My goal at Slay The Chaos is sharing my experience and hope with you so that you CAN be more organized and productive. But as it usually is when you teach – you learn from your own lessons. My biggest takeaway from this month – being the stubborn soul I am – is ONCE again…
I have SO MUCH I want to do and unlike the ass in Day 22 – I’ll try to consume both the hay AND the water – I will fill my plate to overflow and then berate myself for not getting it all done. But my capacity and time are limited.
“The difference between successful people and very successful people is that very successful people say “no” to almost everything.” ― Warren Buffett
